Paul Naude, RCA’s Managing Director first qualified as a scientist (BSc Honours, Wits) and subsequently qualified with a Master of Business Administration (Wits) and as a Chartered Accountant (SA) having completed his articles at Ernst and Young.
He is Prince 2, Project Management Qualified. His experience includes time at Fluor (a top Fortune 500 company) on the AECI Lysine Project, a Fluor case study.

Sathia has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
Sathia is a Professional Accountant (SA) and Certified Independent Reviewer registered through SAIPA. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Affiliate to Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Sathia has significant private and public sector experience obtained since 2004. The experience includes Government, property, hospitality financial service, insurance, medical, legal, construction and wholesale/Retail. The experience includes Taxation (VAT, income tax, deferred tax and tax submissions), Risk Management - Risk assessments (identification, ranking and identifying controls), Internal Auditing - Planning, Execution, Report writing, Audit Committee attendance, Financial Management and Consulting, AFS reviews for compliance with GRAP/IFRS and MCS and External Auditing.
